Thanks for the cool comment on my remix. Just voted for yours.
And you've got some great tunes over here! You are obviously a master in your genre.
Good luck and enjoy making music!

Hey thanks for digging my remix, I appreciate it a lot.

Hmmm, never really heard of Joe Sakic. What does he do? :)

AJ Brown wrote on July 7, 2009:

ok, about my remix of Shine4U. that last part you wrote in your comment personally offended me a little, but Im sure you didnt mean to sound insulting. i would like to know what type of other things you expected in the mix. i dont have much skill in music engineering, for i started out in composing for a rock band, which is very different.

Dalton Blair wrote on July 4, 2009:

YEAH I was stuck in it for a bit. That rain was INTENSE, and was eerily short-lived. I dont' know if I'm going to the game tomorrow, My Mom is, but I might just hang out with some friends at City Park.

Dalton Blair wrote on July 4, 2009:

No FREAKING way! I was at Coors Field tonight watching the fireworks too! =D I wandered around the 1st base gate area most of the time though.

Dalton Blair wrote on July 4, 2009:

I live right in Downtown Denver. Not far from Coors Field actually =D. I'm not a huge rockies fan, but I love the stadium. I usually go with my Mom, just for dippin dots. haha

Hey! Thanks for commenting on my Shine 4U Remix :) Much appreciated!... I can't help but notice you have a Colorado Rockies shirt on in your picture, are you from Colorado? if so, that's a strange coincidence, because right now, I'm living in Colorado =D

(To be honest, I started that remix last night around 1am and finished around 4am - so I WAS a lil sleepy) XD

-> I'll have the new version submitted in a few hours or so.

Hey Sreyas!
Thanks for the crazy comment!
I'm not sure how this is happening, but it's fun. Indaba has just put up contests recently that are right up my alley.
If you have the time, you ought to put up something for the PBS theme one. I love hearing your stuff, and you never know what you'll come up with 'till you start working! (that one was a real headache the first few days of working on it though).
Thanks!!

Michael Conway wrote on May 22, 2009:

Hi Sreyas!

Thanks for the kind words on the remix and my tunes. I see we are into a lot of the same producers! Very cool stuff. I really dug your Shifty remix as well, I thought the elements were well thought out and well placed which enhanced the original material.

I wanted to add a word about your original material, lovely stuff. The breakdown elements reminds me of a lot of the Anjuna beats style trance!

david minnick wrote on May 2, 2009:

Say, thanks for the comment on the PBS contest. In all honesty, Indaba has recently put up contests which require what I've been doing since the mid-80's. I've lucked out in the past few months. I'm simply happy to have other people hear what I do when I'm not at work or taking care of children. You Rock..keep at it!
