About Me

Indaba Music is a community-driven online platform for musicians, music professionals and fans. Indaba Music makes finding people, collaborating with them, and managing recording, mixing, and mastering projects easier.

Indaba Music was created on the principle that musicians, music professionals, and listeners should not be bounded by geography, that creativity can flow digitally, and that a community-driven application can create unique collaborative experiences which otherwise would not exist.

Using Indaba Music, an aspiring singer in L.A. can find a guitarist in Seattle to record a track for a new song, the same singer can pay to have her album mixed and mastered by a professional engineer in Tokyo; a rapper in Miami can find a New York producer to make a beat, and a DJ in Sweden can remix their collaboration just for fun.
