Josh Haden is the bassist/vocalist for the band Spain. His father is jazz bassist Charlie Haden, and his sisters are Petra Haden (that dog., Foo Fighters, Decemberists, Sean Lennon), Rachel Haden (that dog., Rentals, Todd Rundgren), and Tanya Haden (Silversun Pickups, Let's Go Sailing). Josh's band Spain has released three studio albums to wide critical acclaim and have toured all over the world. Josh's compositions have been included in many movie and television soundtracks and were recorded on Grammy-winning albums by Johnny Cash and Pat Metheny & Charlie Haden, respectively. Josh's recent solo album was produced by Dan the Automator. A brand new album by Spain is forthcoming in 2009.
