About Me

Skill Level:
Professional
Craft:
web designer, marketer, musician
Instruments:
electric guitar, acoustic guitar, piano, keyboard
Genres:
stoner rock, comtemporary christian, acid rock, film score, dark ambient, ambient groove
Influences:
Jesus Christ, David Gilmour, The Beatles, Tool, Richard Wagner, Kevin Moore, Third Day

been playing keys for 18 years (crap i feel old now) - guitar for 8, though my teenage son has adopted all my guitars. played and toured with Kamelot for their first 3 CDs, then got married and chose family life over the road.
Since then, I've experienced a much greater satisfaction in playing for my church and with like minded musicians.
While I might not be the most technical keyboardist, I try to pour a bit of myself into each work. Sometimes it works wonderfully, sometimes it sucks. Such is life.

Extended

Day Job:
search optimization and web marketing! woo hoo!

Working With Others

How I Work:

I'm here to have fun and enjoy the company. If someone really wants me to do something special, I'm sure we can figure something out. I've got a day job, a wife, and kids that will probably take precedence though.

Experience:

played with many different people, many different styles. Things I suck at: classical piano, hardcore jazz, boogie woogie, country.
Things I'm pretty good at: setting a mood, building emotion, subtle melodies, and wrecking songs. It depends what side of the bed I wake up on.

Equipment:

korg karma-oh what a wonderful piece of equipment.-keyboard and organ expansion (nice organs!)
roland jv-2080 - vox expansion(awesome)-classical expansion (swwweeeeet) , roland digital mixer, zoom drum machine (actually not THAT bad), sonar 4, m-audio sound card, some other gear here and there....
