Deryck Roche was born in Westminster England, and started playing drums at the early age of 10, Studied at the Royal Ontario Conservatory of Music in Geulph Ontario Canada, through out the early years Deryck played with a band called Zodiac, and won several CML Festivals garnering trophys and festival ribbons. When Deryck reached Western Ontario he played in The White Oaks High Scool Jazz Band, this is where he realized his true calling to be in the music industry. Deryck left White Oaks and moved on to Humber College to study music composition, arranging and performance, while attending Humber Deryck played in several Jazz & R&B groups. After leaving college Deryck moved to Toronto to pursue playing live, studio sessions and get into music production. Yeah big up Westminster. I lived in the Kensington area as a kid before returning to Zambia. Came back out here later for career reasons.
