Working With Others

How I Work:

Interested in professional collaborations with experienced artists.
Also I need singers,sax/trumpet,keyboard and someone with good ears who can mix. I am prepared to pay for a really good part.
Or you can hire me to play/arrange drums and percussion or indeed mix/arrange you whole track.

Experience:

40 years playing in bands, twenty of those well known on the London pub circuit. 20 years teaching and latin percussion.
recorded with great guitarists such as Alvin Lee (Ten Years After, Woodstock), Mickey Jones (Man), Steve Waller (Manfred Mann's Earth Band). Promoted hundreds of successful gigs. Published an influential gig guide and founded a live music pressure group in 1993, www.livemusicforum.co.uk
Composed and recorded my own music for a few years.
Gate Of India is a track form my fourth CD (release date September 2009), on which I play all instruments on most tracks. Occasionally I am lucky enough to have a guest like top session player, Kenny Craddock playing Accordion on Mama Take Me Home.
Trying to keep a live band going in difficult days for live music in the UK.

Equipment:

Ludwig Super Classic Drum Kit
Paiste/Zildjian Cymbals
Roland TD8 electronic drum kit
Macbook/Ableton 7/Ozone
Meinl Congas
LP Bongos
Ibanez Roadstar II Guitar
Crafter Acoustic
