...Took a short break...Began assembling a kit and PC based home studio in 2000.
A self-taught musician...biggest musical influences probably John Mclaughlin/Mahavishnu Orchestra, Weather Report, Return To Forever and the early "fusion" era. Loved that stuff!

Thanks! I joined Indaba to enter the Yo-Yo Ma contest, now I am excited to get more involved with the site. I enjoyed your tracks! Let me know if you ever need a flutist/ethnic flutist.

Thanks Mark. Gotta' love DW's. I gave a listen to your page and damn man, nice chops! I'd like to get a band going that does the old Al DiMeola style tunes but it's hard to find guys that good. Everything here in Orlando is screaming metal. Yawn.

Hiya Mark, thanks for the tip on this site! Have been checking a few people out here and it looks promising. To Steve who posted just below me, the guitar on Return was done through a boss GT 3 I believe, then I did some semi radical EQing with high mids and added a harmonizer set at 4ths to it.Thanks for the kind words, that tune has turned out well thanks to the talents of everyone involved.

Mark--just listened to "Return..." Wow-what kick ass drumming: awesome! The guitar playing is so good that am shopping around for whatever box it is that gives you that "Vai" sound, plus rethinking my strategy on double-tracking like that guy did. Holy smokes, man, that is as good as it gets. My hats off to everyone involved in that project: you know, you guys should put out a CD together--there's a definite chemistry there...

Awesome. This really hits the mark (if you'll excuse the pun). "Morning Race" is a great piece of music, reminiscent of Spyro Gyra at their peak. This tune would fit right in on "Rites of Summer", arguably their very best and by far my favorite road album.

"The Gift" is a sublime track; a dreamy trip through a musical landscape that intertwines harmony and rythm with style. And "Hey-Day" is a straight-ahead high-energy jam based on a monthematic riff that is almost impossible not to move to...

All I can say is, play on, Man--you rock!
