Ok so I’m launching a food Vlog soon “Cooking with Chuck” and editing video is a bit slower than I expected so some of the excitement is going to have to get posted here for now.

I just got in the mood for some apple juice, its cold so I was thinking maybe warm apple juice, then I though maybe Chai tea made with apple juice instead of water.  Sounds like a good idea right (keep your opinions to your selves this is my blog)?  I poured apple juice, warmed up apple juice, added a bit of milk then warmed it up some more… Does apple juice have yeast in it cause this is amongst the freakiest stuff I’ve ever seen,  Its straight weird science up in here!  I pulled the apple juice/milk (90%/10% split) concoction out of the microwave and it looks like there is bread floating in the mix.  I spooned out the doughy portion on top only to find even more of this bread like substance in the bottom.  Weird, my wife says gross; maybe I agree!  Pour it out and start over….
