You there? Taking a break? Let me know your O.K.

Dell Rogers wrote on June 2, 2009:

Just realized I haven't said hi in a while, so, hi friend. Are you working on the PBS theme song thing? What, as they say, is up? Later.

Dell Rogers wrote on May 17, 2009:

My good friend, thank you for the message. I was going for a serious, artsy thing with the old picture, it's interesting to know how it was interpreted. I am a very blessed man and I'm glad to know that now shows. I hope I have a chance to meet you before the "other side".

Congratulations David, I knew you could do it. Hope you do as well with the judges.

Dell Rogers wrote on May 13, 2009:

Thank you for the comment and the vote. You know I'm your biggest fan.

Dell Rogers wrote on May 13, 2009:

David, voting has started for the "Wake up" remix (didn't see an entry from you?) I have come out of the gate pretty strong (surprise). Would love it if you would add your vote.:) Much love my friend.

Thank you David, awesome prayer. I come into agreement with you and ask for the same for you. Have a great week.
Your brother, Dell

Hey thanks for the vote, I voted for you as well! I hope to be in the top 5 when this is over, but I'm through bugging friends and family for votes (at least until I send them some regular personal emails first) Great work!!

Dell Rogers wrote on May 5, 2009:

Hi good friend, thanks for the plug and the vote. You are too cool.

Randy Colby wrote on May 5, 2009:

Great work on your submission for PBS! You've got my vote, buddy!

The Ascension™ wrote on May 5, 2009:

Thanks so much man much love much love. Haha I had some of my friends come into vote for me, and my homey Ben descided he was going to throw you a vote instead haha! I knew indaba members werent going to vote me to number one I just figured! I think I did to much work haha. I mean you can't even really tell that I used almost only the Samples provided! Someone actually sent me a message saying "You only used the 4 samples in all the 20 minutes" I think I laughed for 20 minutes strait! Hopefully like you said the producers will think ok this dude definatly went extreme on this! I mean not to sound like a chump, but I can do any of the mix's including yours. I made some completly organic tracks where you dont even hear any changes in the samples, and some where I mixed song with sample, but my instinct was to do eacctly what I did! Thanks alot man good luck and much love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats on cracking the top ten, hang on dude it's almost over.

Thank you so much for the encouraging feedback. This is my first shot at one of the Indaba mix contests (I only heard of this site a month or so ago). God bless you as well, Jesus saved me from suicide 8 years ago. It's nice to have contact with other believers. I checked out your myspace page, WOW, I'm very impressed. How old are you? Your stuff is very polished and sophisticated. I sing and would love to collaborate with you sometime. Again, thank you!
