I'm on the way to uninstall all proprietary soft from my computer (including Windows, yes))

I'm studying Linux based soft few month and.. I LIKE IT! Of course it's not so perfect done products as MS windows based stuff... BUT! Some points why i'm looking for windows alternative:

1. MS Windows wants to own all the world and his motto "Oh... we just want to get many many many many many many money! Yes! We should be the richest on the Earth!"

2. You cann't change anything in Windows based soft to make your software looking or working better if your soft doesnt support skins etc))

3. There are no viruses, adware, speware, troyans etc in Linux. Nothing can crash your computer.

4. Only You can own your system! Only root!

5. Full support and wide community of Linux-users which will help you in any problem.

6. Linux uses capacity of the computer carefully and economically. It is more productive than Windows even on weak computers.

7. In Linux there is no fatal errors and Blue Screens Of Death (BSODs). Any program can not damage your OS.

8.There are many software for Linux for your creativity. Yeah they are not so convenient and habitual as in Windows (Adobe Photoshop, Audition, Cubase, CorelDraw etc) but linux versions have almost same functions and abilities.

I can continue this list.. but these points are main for me. So... Now I have Ubuntu on my PC as the second OS and i hope it will become unique there soon.

I will be glad to talk with people which use Linux for music creation and i'm open for skill exchange!
