That doesn't look bad at all! My general issue with Behringer gear is the cheap build quality, and lack of support. That being said their prices pretty much beat everyone. Overall a good package though. It'd be nice to have two mics though, if you wanted to do vocals and acoustic gtr at the same time. A package I've recommended in the past was this one http://pro-audio.musiciansfriend.com/product/Tascam-US144-Interface-and-990991-Mic-Pack-Bundle?sku=241736
It's got a pair of microphones (that I actually have, and still use once in a while), and a 2 channel interface. It's nice to keep the mics, and only upgrade the interface when stepping up. When looking at this kind of stuff though be sure that it's all compatible with the computer and operating system that you have. The Behringer package isn't bad at all by any means, I just figured I'd show you another option too, both equally viable. Best wishes.

So that'd be 4 inputs you'd need then, keys L and R, vocals, and guitar. The MBox 2 Pro is great, but if you wanted to record this much simultaneously, the MBox 2 only has two preamps onboard, meaning really only two mics can go into it at any given time. Take a look at the M-Audio Fast Track Ultra 8R, it's 8 inputs with pre's, and you can get ProTools M Powered to use with it... and ProTools M Powered is literally the same as LE in every aspect. Look into it, maybe that'll be a better idea, and it SHOULD cost about the same as the MBox 2 Pro package :)

Getting something like the Behringer fader packs will be nice and convenient, but as said in the group, the first steps would be an appropriate interface. I'm not sure if that's something you already had figured out, and were just asking advice on the fader packs, or if it was a concern. The BCA and BCF are great on a budget, my only issue with Behringer products in general is the build quality, and the lack thereof. Best wishes.
