      Hi Newton,
David A and Dale and Jussi (and others) and I are making a go at "Newport Blues". I am setting up a session here at
      http://www.indabamusic.com/sessions/markbrab/315608
and would like to link to the Harry Smith project, however that's done.....
(I also want to bring in a session based on a John Henry song called "Gonna Die With A Hammer In My Hand")
      Thanks!

      Hi Newton,

I am uploading some royalty free videos that I have, first some time lapse flowers opening that should be a great fit for this video. The are located in: http://www.box.net/files/0/f/34034398/Time_Lapse_Flowers-_Royalty_Free

I have some military vids too, but they are too large since they are in high def. I have reduced them significantly and uploaded them to this folder: http://www.box.net/files/0/f/34036576/Military_Videos

The images are from the wrong military era, but I posted them just in case you wanted to use them. If you want the higher res of any of these, let me know.

Yes, that is exactly what that was. Once the camera was off, she did not stop laughing all day...

I agree with Newton that we need contrast in this song...flowers and also trees with no leaves, etc. as Jussi described....both are needed for this video.

I have uploaded a mess of videos for you Newton. I wanted to give you some variety, so here is a short list:
      1. Me in the park with the flowers, etc.
      2. Statues in the park of Strauss and some Nymphs
      3. Statues of Buddha and Kwan Yin to give it that Asian feel
      4. Me playing the piano, from several angles including the inside of the piano

I can't imagine you would need anything else, but if you do, please let me know.

And yes, I dance like a white boy. My wife laughs at me whenever I dance, so feel free to laugh at me too...

Just walking I can do - and green we still have a little of, though the trees are getting pretty naked now. And besides - Dale has sucked all the flowers out of Cleveland.

We have Lake Erie - we have water crashing against some really big rocks...
Hmmmmm...we might even have some big planes on display down at the lakefront airport...I'll try these out.

Recently I was inspired by what they're doing on the "playing for Change" project and by a documentary I saw about Harry Smith, who put together "The Anthology of American Folk Music". For More Details Visit the Group Page: Indabamusic Harry Smith Project
